He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Varnado; his granddaughter Rayven L. Roberts; his siblings, Tommie W. Brock (Caledonia) of Farmerville, Louisiana, Bessie Warren and Jessie Brock of New Orleans, Louisiana; his sister-in-law Wardah M. Bilal of Franklinton, LA; his close friend Pauline Boyd; and also Easter Foxworth (Billy) of Farmerville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Billy Ray Brock was born on October 24, 1952, to the late Jerome "Jep" Brock and the late Eva McKelpin Brock at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana.
