She was predeceased by: her parents, John Owen and Mildred Brasher Owen; her daughter Kathy Dunn; and her son-in-law Joe Arredondo. She is survived by: her husband Jasper Snell; her children, Tracey Cain (Mike) and Stacey Arredondo; her daughter-in-law Julie Walker; and her cousin Sherry Spillers. She is also survived by 4 granddaughters, 10 great grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spencer Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
