She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Burrell and Eva S. Burrell; and her brother Johnny W. Burrell. She is survived by: her husband Laurence Avant; her daughter Jessica A. Smith; her sisters, Christine B. Beach (Walter) of West Monroe and Frances Doty (Phil) of Columbus; her niece Debra Beach; her nephew Tim Beach; her wife Molly; her children, Kelsea and Bella; and her nephew Jason Doty. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
