She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezekiel Phillips and Eunice Diffy Phillips; her husband James E. Bell; her stepson William R. Bell; and her stepgrandson Cory Dale Otwell.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Christina Brown (Rick) and Karen Otwell; her grandchildren, Nicole Johnson, Levi Johnson, Brandi Floyd, Jeff Floyd, Jamie Otwell, Nathan Brown and Jason McBee; her great grandchildren, Cole (Andrea), Ethan, Briley Fredericks, June Johnson, Bailey Brown, Laney Floyd and Madison Brown; and her great great grandchildren, Paislee Fredericks and Michael Cory Fredericks.
