He is survived by: his parents, Bill Chappell of Farmerville, LA and Debby Chappell of Farmerville, LA; his son Drew Chappell of Farmerville, LA; his sisters, Julie Croft (Steve) of San Diego, CA and Sandy Gergen (Adam) of San Diego, CA; and his aunts, Tommy (Lynn Jones) of West Monroe, LA, Chris (Dan Cejka) of Hot Springs, AR, Brent (Patsy Chappell) of West Monroe, LA, Audrey (John Kroeger) of San Diego, CA, Tammy Hunter of San Diego, CA and Becky (Allen Carlisle) of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
