It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jarrell Goins (Evans, Louisiana), who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Goins; her parents, Ella Smith Jarrell and Thomas Uriah Jarrell; and her siblings, Eloise Jarrell Kanary, Ruthie Jarrell Knippers, Dorothy Jarrell Mitcham, Thomas Jarrell and William Jarrell.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Lynn Goins Jeane (Nathan); her granddaughters, Chloe, Daisy, Stormy and Autumn; her sister-in-law Jan Burns (Eugene); and her close friend Elaine Rivers.
