She was predeceased by: her father Roy D Smith; her son-in-law Joshua Collins; her granddaughter Fallon Collins; her nephew Charles Canary; and her brother Roy D Smith.
She is survived by: her mother Norma Smith of Burr Ferry, LA.; her daughters, Brandy Durbin (Tim) of Lake Charles, LA, Chasity Colton (Klayton Kelly) of Lafayette, LA and Jessi Collins (Devon Cox) of Lake Charles, LA; her grandchildren, Trent, Ella Durbin, Conner, Cameran, Chason Colton, Brinnen Gordy, Jackson Collins, Shyla Cox, Aleigha, James, Daniel and Kevin Kelly; and her siblings, Norma Worthy, Nancy Manuel, Danette Barela and Richard Smith (Robert Perkins). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
