He is survived by: his wife Mary Lillette Simmons Jeane; his children, Barbara Jeane, Joyce Breaux (Sam), Pat Wells (Joe), Paul Jeane (Jill), Tim Jeane (Mary), Beverly Jeane (Scott), Melvin Jeane (Mandy), Mike Jeane (Tanya), Nathan Jeane (Kimy) and Allisha Shoemaker (Rick); his sisters, Imelda Shell and Norma Lou Novak; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Simmons and Jessie Simmons (Loretta). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren.
