He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Johnson and Mildred Riggs Fontenot; his granddaughter Sophia Morgan; and his son-in-law Paul Weston Morgan, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, William Johnson (Janet) and Diane Morgan; and his grandchildren, Frederick Johnson, Lillie Morgan, Rico Morgan, Paul Morgan and Kendall Hardy. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
