He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Alphonso Sr. and Ruby Maurello Alphonso; and his siblings, Jimmy Alphonso and Emily Steuprich. He is survived by: his wife Betty Pousson Alphonso; his children, Jason Alphonso and Christine Alphonso; his stepson Todd Young; and his siblings, John Alphonso and Jeanine Daughetry. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
