He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gotte Stout; his children, Timothy Stout, Tadd Stout (Amanda) and Toni Stout; and his siblings, Gary Stout, Larry Stout (Janice), Marie Miller (Charlie), Romona Stein and Lora Fontenot (Harold). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
