It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tanya Marie Ardoin Manuel in Eunice, Louisiana, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Brenda Gayle LaFleur Thibodeaux; her stepparents, Louise Ardoin and L. J. Thibodeaux; her aunt Abigail LaFleur Gartman; her grandparents, Joseph Lee, Alverda Lafleur of Eunice, Roman and Viva Ardoin of Basile; and her cousin Kevin Andrew Ardoin of Lake Charles.

She is survived by: her daughter Lauren Brooke Ortego Veronie (Sean) of Tepetate; her granddaughter Audrey Shea Veronie; her father Paul E. Ardoin of Eunice; her sisters, Rhonda Ardoin (Vickie LeBlanc) of Gulf Shores and Regina Aguillard (David Kirk) of Eunice; her stepsiblings, Joann Molitor, Sara Shuff of Elton and Robert Cooley of Washington; her nephews, Joshua Kirkland (David) of Utah and Caleb Pelican of Sulphur; her godson Hunter Aguillard of Baton Rouge; her nieces, Heather Jade Pelican of Eunice and Kelsea Aguillard of Eunice; her great-niece Braelyn Gustin; and her great-nephew Bentley Gustin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
