He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Schoeffler and Sylvia Sidney Manuel Soileau; and his siblings, Steven Schoeffler, Todd Soileau and Monique Soileau.
He is survived by: his daughters, Daphne Oge (Joshua), Heather Fontenot (Blake) and Samantha Joubert (Marcus); his brother Stacy "Scotty" Schoeffler (Jill); his grandchildren, Bayleigh, Rylie, Wesley, Vivian, Audra, Lucas, Alaya, Marleigh, Adalyn and Marcus, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Kehlani and Kamari.
