With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rose Mary Fontenot Miller of Eunice, Louisiana, whose life came to an end on January 18, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Fontenot and Mabel Bertrand Fontenot; her husband Leonard J. Miller; her daughters, Mary Jane Miller, Sandra Gail Miller Guillory and Darla Faye Miller Brown; her brothers, Virgil Fontenot and Hubert Fontenot; and her grandson Chad Guillory.
She is survived by: her children, Linda M. Miller (Gus J.) of Eunice, Marilyn M. Johnson (Markel) of Ville Platte and Randy Miller of Eunice; and her siblings, Harold Fontenot (Lora) of Eunice, Victoria Thompson of Eunice and Dorothy Prejean (Larry) of Sunset. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren; as well as extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Ardoin's Funeral Home (1301 W Laurel Ave, Eunice, LA 70535). A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Cemetery (1101 Sittig St, Eunice, LA 70535). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Paul Cemetery (1301 W Laurel Ave, Eunice, LA 70535).
