He was predeceased by: his parents, Isom J. Guillory, Sr. and Marie Picou Guillory; and his siblings, Judge Isom J. Guillory, Jr., Eloise Dischler and Evelyn Broussard.

He is survived by: his children, Dr. Bob Guillory (Toni), Richard Guillory (Reenae), Rhett Guillory (Lori) and Carlyn Artigue (Mike). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
