He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Andre and Bernice Miller St. Andre. He is survived by: his wife Lorenza V. St. Andre of Eunice; his daughters, Maranda Cunningham (Charles) and Veronica St. Andre; and his siblings, Ida Ozenne, Barbara Fuselier (Ronald), Brenda St. Andre, Bervin St. Andre (Bertha Ann), Roland St. Andre, Hilton, Lawrence "Larry" St. Andre (Patricia), Everett St. Andre and Laura St. Andre.
