He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Darbonne and Bernadette Bellow; his close friend Dolores Courville; his daughter Loretta Tauzier; and his siblings, Delton Darbonne, Elton Darbonne, Linus Darbonne, Lawrence Darbonne, Howard Darbonne, Ellius Darbonne, Joycie Guidry and Agnes Thibodeaux.
He is survived by: his stepson Lawrence Clyde Cart, Jr.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
