With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melva Marie Cart of Eunice, Louisiana, who passed away on February 14, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her close friend Delton Darbonne; her children, Randy Clavier, Kim Hebert and Connie Pickins; her parents, Cleveland Cart and Christine Rachal Cart; and her brother Lawrence Clyde Cart.
She is survived by: her children, James Clavier (Mona), Calvin Clavier (Michelle), Debra Ponthier, Kathleen Fruge, Lisa Johnson (Silton), Rhonda Doucet (Malcolm) and Pauline Langley (Jack); and her sisters, Melba Israel and Velda Leckelt (Fred). She is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
