She is survived by: her sons, Brian K. Pitre (April) and Jason "Chad" Pitre (Chantelle); her siblings, Kelly Prejean, Darrell Prejean, David Prejean, Joseph Soileau, Jr., Martin Prejean and Kathy Shea; and her grandchildren, Alexis, Brynlee, Shannon and Gavinn.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Columbarium (1400 Laurel St, Eunice, LA 70535).
