It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lenese J. Mire (Eunice, Louisiana), who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Mire and Eugene Sonnier Mire; his great grandchild Stetson Paul Mire; and his siblings, Clarence Mire, Jr., Thelma Bodin and Robert Mire.

He is survived by : his wife Berna Mire of Eunice; his sons, Kenneth Mire of Eunice, Mitchell Paul Mire (Alisa) of Vidrine and Brent Mire of Eunice; his siblings, Wilbert Mire (Loma) of Church Point, Gerald Mire of Arnaudville, Connie Cole of Lawtell, Charlene Mallet of Leonville and Beulah Soileau (Berchman) of Opelousas; his grandchildren, Garrett Mire (Kelly), Justin Mire (Alyssa), Abbie Mire, Devon Mire and Timothy Mire; and his great grandchild Weston Mire.
