He is survived by: his wife Linda Y. Slocum of Eunice; his children, Ellis R. Slocum (Heather) of Eunice and Brandy E. Fontenot (Bryan) of Mamou; his grandchildren, Tiffney Bergeron, Caleb Bergeron, Jacob Guidry, Isaac Slocum, Kross Fontenot, Alec Miller and Ashton Miller; his great grandchild Silas Morris; and his close friend Jasper Manuel. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
