He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Fontenot; and his brother Richard Fontenot. He is survived by: his father Jimmie Fontenot; his sons, Clint Wayne Fontenot of Lafayette and Kelly Paul Hollier of Tacoma, Washington; and his brothers, Phillip Fontenot (Phillis) of Church Point, Patrick Fontenot of Lafayette and Danny Fontenot of Arkansas.
