He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hogg and Jean Boyett Francois; his stepfather Jesse Roy Francois; and his brother Terry Hogg. He is survived by: his children, Cody Hogg (Katie Guidry) and Janee'Hogg; and his siblings, Randall Hogg (Connie) and Leah Bellon (Earl Melancone). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
