He is survived by: his wife Janell Manuel Deshotel of Eunice; his daughters, Lisa Deshotel Cunningham (Carson Cummingham) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Denise Deshotel Aucoin (Todd Aucoin) of Eunice; his brother Michael Deshotel (Saundra) of Morgan City; his brother-in-law Louis Douget of Eunice; his grandchildren, Alex Deshotel, Olivia Bundick, Mia Bundick and Camille Cunningham; and his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Heath and Nicholas Aucoin.
