He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stanley Hebert and Elizabeth Irby. He is survived by: his husband Hoby Broc Givens-James of Eunice, LA; his parents, Debbie Hebert and Stanley Charles Hebert of Merryville, LA; his siblings, Michael Hebert (Nicole), Quentin Hebert (Jessica), Richard Hebert (Tasha), Brandon Nichols of Merryville, LA, Shaunna Peck of Merryville, LA and Tasha Brister (Daniel); his grandmother Carol Hebert of Cottonwood, LA; his parents-in-law, Donald and Pam Givens of Eunice, LA; his sister-in-law Heather Givens-Duplechin; his grandfather-in-law Bobbye Jean Givens; and his pets, Kalley Claire and Emma Grace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
