She was predeceased by: her husband Nolton Richard; her son Bobby Thibodeaux; her parents, Paul Doucet and Mary Hebert Doucet; and her siblings, Lubert Doucet, Jimmy Doucet, Morris Doucet, Sybil Smith and Betty Castille.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Thibodeaux (Theresa); her brother Dale Doucet (Linda); and her grandchildren, Toby Thibodeaux (Jamie), Joseph Thibodeaux (Tiffany), Robert Thibodeaux, Jr. and Kristy Fontenot (Shawn). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Quirk & Son Funeral Home - Eunice (121 S 6th St, Eunice, LA 70535). A rosary was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (310 W Vine Ave, Eunice, LA 70535). A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at the Mt. Calvary Columbarium (1400 Laurel St, Eunice, LA 70535).
