He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Jean Blossman Wathan of Baton Rouge, LA; his children, Dawn Morvant (Kelly) of Lafayette, LA and Herbert Wathan, Jr.; his wife Rencel Wathan of Providence Forge, VA; his grandchildren, Jonathan Morvant, Alexander Morvant, Nicolas Wathan, Amelia Wathan and Herbert Wathan, III; his great grandchild Rheese Morvant; and also Eric Wathan of Mandeville, LA.
