He was predeceased by: his parents, Curley Joseph and Bernita Joseph; and his siblings, Michael Jerome Joseph, Carol Jean Roberts Joseph and Gwendolyn Eaglin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gwen, Brenda Boxie of Sunset, Jacqueline DuRousseau (late Gary) of Ontario, CA, Juanita Ventress (Merlin), Sharonda Joseph of Opelousas and Eric "Miami" Guilbeaux of LaJolla, CA; his godparents, Wilbert and Alzena Joseph of Opelousas; his godson Justin Charles of Opelousas; and his brother-in-law Jessie Eaglin of Opelousas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the restrictions of the current COVID-19 pandemic limiting gatherings to 10 or fewer family members, a private service will be held for immediate family only.
