He is survived by: his wife Kaye Deshotel Eval; his sons, Jon-Erik Eval (Lauren) and Taylor Eval (Hannah); his brothers, Jerry Eval, Michael Eval, John Eval and Mark Eval; and his mother-in-law Deola Deshotel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
