She was predeceased by : her husband Vorice Alfred; her parents, Mose Gradney and Ida Jack Gradney; and her siblings, Easton Gradney, Sidney Gradney, Adam Gradney, Effie Gradney, Ethel Bell, Hilda Lambert, Maloney Coleman and Martha Gradney.

She is survived by : her daughters, Linda Allison (Tommie), Ida Daigle and JoLean Leger (Arthur); and her sister Margaret Fontenot. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Quirk & Son Funeral Home - Eunice (121 S 6th St, Eunice, LA 70535). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Matilda Catholic Church (800 Laurel St, Eunice, LA 70535). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at the St Mathilda Cemetery.
