She was predeceased by : her husband Dalvas Devillier; her parents, Abel Smith and Celima Smith; and her siblings, Bennett Smith, Robert Smith, Nestor Smith, Joe Smith, Ansley Smith and Letha LaFleur.

She is survived by : her children, Carl Devillier (Patsy), Terry Devillier, David Devillier (Monica), Blaine Devillier (Jo) and Sheryl Devillier; and her sister Norma Jean Vidrine. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and thirty-one great-grandchildren.
