She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Beatrice Fontenot Senegal; her children, Frank Bell, Daniel Paul Bell (Brittany), Anastasia Miles (James) and Barbarella Bell (Ray); her siblings, Ricky Thomas (Aisha), Randy Thomas, Herman Ross (Betty), Garland O'Nora (Linda) and Patricia Thomas; her godchildren, Johnny Fontenot, Christopher Ceaser and Gretchen Jones; her father Wilson Latour, Sr.; her husband Frank Bell; and her brothers, Rifford Thomas, Fred Fontenot and Wilson Latour, Jr.. She was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
