He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jr. and Barbara Zaunbrecher Bollich, Jr.; his siblings, Elmo Bollich, Will Bollich, Larry Bollich, Loretta Cooper and Elaine Turk; and his granddaughters, Jeanne Dupre and Caroline Bollich.
He is survived by: his child Donnie; his wife Willie Dean Bollich of Eunice; his children, Kirk Bollich (Cindy) of Potcove, David Bollich (Tarrel) of Vicksburg, MS, Andrew Bollich (Bonnie) of Broussard, Bobby Bollich (Courtney) of Houston, TX, Carolyn Bollich of Lafayette, Jeanne Corley (Claude) of Lafayette, Angie Williamson (John) of Port Republic, MD, Jackie Smith (John) of Hughesville, MD, Barbara Bourque (Sterling) of Eunice and Geralyn "Boudin" Fruge (Mike) of Prairieville; and his siblings, Gerald "Manny" Bollich of Eunice, Greg "Honeybee" Bollich (Pat) of Eunice, Clara "Tay" Miller of Iota, Sylvia "Tibbie" Lintzen of Eunice, Barbara "Penny" LeJeune (James), Diane Elkins of Colorado and Judy Hollier (Kenny) of Lafayette.
