She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas J Young, Sr. and Beatrice Chauvin Young; and her brother Silas Young, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Shad Johnson and Shonda Johnson; and her siblings, Daryl "Boscoe" Young (Bonnie), Faron Young (Melissa), Troy Young and Tammy Chapman (Roger). She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
