With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Colligan of Eunice, Louisiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David left this world on February 11, 2025 at the age of 58, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Nolton Colligan; and his siblings, Gerald Colligan and Mona Barron. He is survived by: his mother Beulah Kennerson Colligan of Church Point; his siblings, Monica Vidrine (John), Connie Hidalgo (Raymond), Delores Turner of Eunice and James Colligan of Church Point; and his sister-in-law Jeannine Colligan of Church Point. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Guidry Funeral Home (219 N Broadway St, Church Point, LA 70525). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (114 Bienvenu St, Church Point, LA 70525).
