He was predeceased by: his son Shane Goleman; his parents, Clarence Goleman and Mavis Messer Goleman; and his sisters, Jerri Salling and Rita Fontenot.

He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Bertrand Goleman; and his sisters, Beverly "Bebo" Redlich and Theresa Hargroder.
