He was predeceased by: his parents, Azia Chapman and Edna Fontenot Chapman; and his siblings, Morris Chapman and Laura Kibedoux. He is survived by: his wife Vera Jean Chapman of Eunice, LA; his sons, Clarence Lynn Chapman of Eunice, LA, David Lee Chapman of Eunice, LA and Fredrick Chapman (Monique) of Arlington, TX; and his siblings, Lawrence Chapman of Eunice, LA, Roger Chapman of Eunice, LA, Clifton Chapman of Eunice, LA, Bobby Chapman of Eunice, LA, Freddie Lee Chapman of Eunice, LA and Regina Bertrand of Eunice, LA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
