He was predeceased by: his parent Clarence Crowe; and his wife Joanne Lee Crowe. He is survived by: his parent Marguerite Crowe; his children, Julie Higgins (Terry) of Lees Summit, MO and Todd C. Crowe of Eunice, LA; his grandchildren, Alivia J. Crowe and Alex Crowe; and his significant other Carolyn Weber of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
