He is survived by: his children, Abram Louis Thomas, Jr. (Courtney), Billy Thomas, Gerald Thomas and Pamela Thomas; and his sisters, Liz Vallary, Mary Thomas and Celestine Thomas. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
