He is survived by: his wife Brenda Watson Uzee of Ethel; his daughter Crystal Elam (Matthew) of Ethel; his siblings-in-law, Henry A. Watson Jr. (Penny) of Ethel and Lisa Shaffer (Joey) of Clinton; his brother Andre Uzee (Melanie) of Baton Rouge; his grandchildren, Cassie Fudge, Camryn Sibley and Mason Elam; and his daughter Leslie MatteDaughter of Slaughter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
