He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Bickham and Adelia Caulfield Bickham; and his niece Beryl Elizabeth Cranford. He is survived by: his wife Nancy McCart Bickham; his children, Linda B. Taylor of Ethel, Janet E. Bickham of St. Francisville and Leslie Scott Bickham (Melanie) of St. Francisville; his grandchildren, Mason, Brittany Taylor of Ethel, Samantha Bickham Perritt (Tyler) of St. Francisville and Nancy Ann Bickham Rider (Eric Rider) of Camp LeJeune, NC; his great grandchild Jesse Taylor Perritt; his sister Beryl; his brother-in-law George "Bubba" Eisworth; and his nephews, Rusty and Randy Eisworth.
