He is survived by: his children, Tracy (Cory), Lauren, Jacob, August and Hannah (Da'Quan); his brothers, Charles Mark and Jesse Wayne Mathis; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Jaden, Brooklyn, Lyriq, Quintin, Nevaeh, Josie and Tripp. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
