He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Bourgeois Marks; his children, Anita Rolen (Randal), Cecil Marks (Marta), Andrea Martin (Jason) and Eugene "Gene" Marks Jr. (Joy Dardar); and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Marks and Marita Marks. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
