She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel "Mannie" E. Kent, Jr.; and her brother Hilliard F. Wofford, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Marie Kent-Braud (Patrick) and Edward "Wayne" Kent (Marti); her grandchildren, Ashley Thibodeaux, Casey O'Neill, Amy McKowen, Morgan Kent Bauer and Jordan Kent; and her siblings, Ann Myers, Charley Russe Wofford and Linda Templet. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
