He is survived by: his children, Karen LeBlanc, Doug Pizzolato (Gana), Tammy Allemond (Greg) and Jentyle Ivey Pate (PT); his grandchildren, Joey LeBlanc, Dustin, Katlyn, Devin Pizzolato, Ashley, Grant Boudreaux and Christian Hale; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Wyatt Pizzolato, Isabella Marcotte, Gracie, Eli, Abby Hale, Tynley and Kase Ivey; and his siblings, Frances Sims, Gene Pizzolato (June), Harry Pizzolato (Sally), Dave Pizzolato (Linda) and Carol Ann McDaniel (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
