He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Pippins and Liz Foy; his daughter Dana Marie; his siblings, Debbie Lynn Pippins, Julie Rice and Ronnie Glynn Pippins; and his grandson Isaac Pippins.
He is survived by: his sons, Russell Pippins, Jr. (Cynthia) and Harvey Ray Pippins (Rebecca Rice); his siblings, Theresa Pippins and Bo Pippins; and his grandchildren, Brent Pippins (Paige), Brandi Pippins, Joseph Pippins, Dylan Pippins, Noah Pippins and Paige Pippins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of sisters and brothers.
