He is survived by: his wife Louise Fletcher Weaver; his children, Lisa Kelley, Rachael Ellis (Jerry), Kathy McHenry (Vernon) and Roy Weaver Jr. (Sonya); his friend Gerald Lowery; and his sisters, Delilah Jones (Ray) and Sue White. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
