She is survived by: her husband Bobby Hayden; her father Aylon Pate; her stepmother Bettye Pate; her sister Lisa Wursteisen (Michael); her children, Chad Garner, Corey Johnston (Cherie) and Candice Johnston; her stepson Bob Hayden; her grandchildren, Lily Herndon, Matthew Hayden, Michael Johnston and Tristan Johnston; and her close friend Angel.
