He was predeceased by: his parents, James Johnston and Floy Johnston; his brother Don Johnston; and his brother-in-law Mark Rainwater. He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Rainwater; and his uncle Coy. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles.
