She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Dickerson; her parents, Johnny Sechler and Lila Sechler; and her siblings, Maxine Steele, Lorraine Preddy, Margie and Johnny Sechler.
She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Gaston, Jr. (Carla) and Doyle Gaston (Valerie); her stepchildren, Kelly Todd, Kristi O'Dell (Brian) and Scott Dickerson (Stacy); her nephew Trey Sechler (Misty); and her children, Trey, Misty Sechler, L. W., Tammy Dennis and Lorie Jones. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grand children.
